Hos 1:2-3
The first time GOD spoke to Hosea he said:
"Find a whore and marry her.
Make this whore the mother of your children.
And here's why: This whole country
has become a whorehouse, unfaithful to me, GOD."
3 Hosea did it.
Marriage is a commitment for life so this was not a casual
commitment that God was asking him to make and it’s in the Bible as an example
to us that our commitment to God is not casual either. Jesus’s commitment to us was not casual either-it
cost Him His life and we are His body!
