Gen 32:24-25
24 But Jacob stayed behind by himself, and a man wrestled with him until daybreak. 25 When the man saw that he couldn't get the best of Jacob as they wrestled, he deliberately threw Jacob's hip out of joint.

This is very interesting because I’m sure that Jacob didn’t wake up that day and think: “Hopefully today I’ll wrestle with God and get handicapped”, but that’s exactly what happened and he was happy about it.
