When Jesus was talking about asking the Father for things Jesus said: Luke 11:10 Don't bargain with God. Be direct. Ask for what you need Be direct. Ask for what you need. NOT WHAT YOU WANT! A lot of people just pray for what they want! God knows you BETTER THAN YOU KNOW YOURSELF so He already knows what you need and asking Him for things that He already knows shows Him that you’re acknowledging His control!
