Ex 15:25
25 So Moses cried out in prayer to GOD. GOD pointed him to a stick of wood. Moses threw it into the water and the water turned sweet.

God is more than capable of doing this all by Himself but He used something that could be seen because we can’t see Him and He wanted faith.
