Luke 2:8-12 There were sheepherders camping in the neighborhood. They had set night watches over their sheep. 9 Suddenly, God's angel stood among them and God's glory blazed around them. They were terrified. 10 The angel said, "Don't be afraid. I'm here to announce a great and joyful event that is meant for everybody, worldwide: 11 A Savior has just been born in David's town, a Savior who is Messiah and Master. 12 This is what you're to look for: a baby wrapped in a blanket and lying in a manger." Picture this: You’re a shepherd, the most lowliest of people, and an angel comes to you (which is odd enough) and tells you that a savior has been born (you didn’t even know that you needed a savior!) And you can find Him in a manger! When God came to Earth, He began with the great reversal! You’re NOT in the driver’s seat!
